## Papers

The most cited first (OpenAlex and our library).

1. **[Mitigating Label Biases for In-context Learning](https://md.research.elamur.ai/free/en/papers/fei-2023-mitigating-label-biases-context-learning/)** *(2023 · 80 citations)* In-context learning (ICL) with large language models is unstable: the prompt and the data can push a model toward certain label names whatever the input.
2. **[Nudging: Inference-time Alignment of LLMs via Guided Decoding](https://md.research.elamur.ai/free/en/papers/fei-2025-nudging-inference-time-alignment-llms/)** *(2025 · 8 citations)* Aligning every size of an LLM family through instruction tuning or RLHF is expensive. Earlier analyses suggest alignment mostly changes a small set of stylistic tokens. The authors build on this with NUDGING, a decoding procedure that requires no training.
